The location was good and the staff

was friendly during check-in, making the process smooth. However, the room felt a bit outdated, and I wish there had been better amenities. Overall, we had a restful night despite these minor issues.

the ramada was a budget-friendly stay. our room was neat, and it was funny to see my sister's name still on the wall from years ago! the location is great, near the stampede and the zoo. i appreciated the quick customer service when we had a small issue with the blanket on the bed. it had a quirky stitch job that added character.

The promised breakfast turned out to be a letdown. I expected something more than just a bag of snacks. I saw that the pool was closed and hadn't been cleaned, which was disappointing. I had a hard time getting my key card to work too, which was frustrating. Overall, the positives didn’t outweigh the negatives for me.

Checked in late and the experience was disappointing from the start. The front desk refused to provide a receipt, and the room was in bad shape with yellow stains on the mattress and a pervasive musty smell. Comfort and cleanliness were clearly lacking, making it hard to enjoy any aspect of the stay.

We had a surprisingly comfy stay! The rooms were spacious with great king beds, and the breakfast spread was way better than I expected—those muffins were a hit! Also, the kids loved the games room, which kept them entertained during downtime. I'll definitely be back!
